For starters, were the only credit repair company expanding as of this pace. We are in a industry that is booming right now due to the importance of credit. I usually tell our clients and licensees that you can barely wake up and obtain out of bed without someone pulling your credit. Everything is credit-based nowadays, so our services are needed more than ever. Plus, it’s all web-driven. There isn’t a need for brick-and-mortar or office space. Software and technology allows us to run this business from around the globe or poolside, drinking margaritas.

What is the idea behind Credit Repair Nerds?

Originally, it had been to grow our already successful business. After that it turned into a mission for help our licensees build their particular businesses. We spend lots of time with our licensees, training the crooks to be a success in this industry. Plus return, they produce, which in returns grows our brand on the national level.

How can Credit Repair Nerds rival its competition?

Ah, we now have ZERO competition on this industry. We are the leaders and definately will continue to be the leaders in the credit repair business. So far as other franchise opportunities, well, I know don’t get into that. Everyone has a place in this country to grow a business and be successful. We only think that we have the lowest overhead of all industries right now. Over 95 percent individuals licensees work from home. You can’t beat that.

Exactly what do you look for in a potential licensee?

That’s easy, motivation and drive. Believe it or not, we don’t just let anyone join we. You must be willing to listen and take instructions. The company plan is already a proven winner. You simply need to duplicate it. There isn’t a need to reinvent the wheel.

Where does one see Credit Repair Nerds in five years?

I love this question because that is certainly how I run this provider. I’m never looking at today or tomorrow. Every move we make is to put us within a better position years from now. But, in 5yrs, we should be 400+ licensees strong and growing as the industry changes.

Can you describe a typical day within the life of a Credit Repair Nerds licensee?

Well, if they follow the business model, they’ll end up working about 10 hours per week, making a good six-figure salary. But, in the beginning, there is a lot of training. Live webinars, one-on-one training, you name it. We have to do that which you have to do to get everyone on top of things.

What’s your background?

I’m Ten years into the business now. Before that, I had been slaving for corporate America, selling cars. I loved the automobile business, but the hours wore thin and i also quit and started this provider out of my one-bedroom apartment. As of today, we are 34 licensees strong and adding newbies every week. By the end of 2015, you should be around 75 licensees. Along with the crazy part is, we started licensing last March. So, in only three short months, we added 34 licensees.

What motivates that you keep going?

The fear of getting a real job. That is my motivation. Daily I wake up remembering what it was like setting up 60-70hrs a week selling cars inside them for hours nothing to show for this. I am so anti-corporate. If you ask me, they are the enemy and i also run my business therefore. I wake up which has a chip on my shoulder and I use that as fuel to never become lazy. Training and teaching new licensees the business enterprise is another aspect of what keeps me going. Every licensee has their unique learning curve. I like trying to find that curve also to straighten it out. I have discovered myself becoming a professor or, as our own licensees call me, a master. It’s fun building people up. As one of the people I admire, Mark Cuban, says, “We don’t build businesses, we build people and the ones people build businesses.”

If you were to start again, what would you do differently?

Good question. I wouldn’t took so long! I should happen to be doing this five years ago, but as my father told me, “Son, you just weren’t ready.” So, besides that, I wouldn’t have changed one thing.

Please tell us your secret to success…

This really is going to sound weird, on the other hand don’t look at myself like a success yet. I take a look at people like Mark Cuban and attempt to get to that level. Will I ever become a billionaire? Eh, most likely not. But that won’t stop me from trying. I’m sure that question is better required to my licensees. They look approximately me, so achievable, I guess I am successful. The afternoon when others viewed me as a leader, I guess that would be considered successful. I would like to see others succeed, and when I can help them make it happen, then it’s a success.

Exactly what is the worst job you have ever had and what have you learn from it?

Hmm, working for my father. He owned a building company. I hated slamming a hammer for a paycheck. I was managing the Houston humidity and heat every day. I guess if it was my worst job, in hindsight, maybe it hasn’t been so bad all things considered.

What is the one thing that basically excites you?

Being able to walk into a Ferrari dealership and paying cash (wink wink). On a serious note, just growing the business. I am now 38 years and I’ve realized I’m not where I’m at today without help. Being able to build the Credit Repair Nerds business and turn it the right way in a industry full of scams 's what excites me. It might have taken longer than expected, on the other hand pushed through the walls.

Any final words for aspiring entrepreneurs?

Yes! Easily can build a business, you can as well. I know that sounds so cliché, but I started this business with nothing. And when I mean nothing, What i'm saying is nothing. I quit the vehicle business, got on unemployment and as an alternative to blowing my unemployment similar to most folks do, I began my business. It was tough. I had a hard time keeping the lights on and paying rent, but in year three, I had been clearing six figures and from there, I put the throttle down. There have been a lot of negative nellies as you go along telling me I was nuts. I ignored them and surrounded myself along with other like-minded people. I pushed through. I didn’t surrender. Did I have days or weeks where I thought it might all end? Heck yeah, however pushed through those thoughts and stayed target the bigger picture. Now, the actual! I can relate. Like Mr. Wonderful says, “I’ve been rich and I’ve been poor, rich is much better.” I know that sounds elitist, but it’s true. I usually tell my licensees, ‘Look, I’ve had the experience. I started from scratch. It is possible. You just have to block out your outside interference, inside a winning team and eat instruction. Once you allow yourself to do that, then it just all fits in place. Before you know it, you moderate your local market and it’s off to the races.
